• All orders are processed only after payment confirmation through WhatsApp/UPI.

• Product images shown may vary slightly in color due to lighting and screen differences.

2. Products & Quality

• All sneakers are listed with accurate quality details (Premium 10A grade).

• Sizes follow EU (Euro) sizing standards.

• Customers must check and confirm size before ordering.

• We do not guarantee original branded products; these are premium lifestyle sneakers.

3. Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of delivery charges (if mentioned).

• Prices may change at any time based on stock and availability.

• No bargaining or negotiations once order is confirmed.

4. Payments

• COD (Cash on Delivery) is NOT available.

• Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation on WhatsApp.

• All payments must be made via UPI or the method shared with you during confirmation.

• Failure to make payment within the given time may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–9 working days, depending on location.

• Delivery delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for courier delays after the parcel is dispatched.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• No return or refund available once the product is delivered.

• Exchange is available ONLY if:

• Wrong size sent by us

• Wrong product sent

• Product received damaged

• Parcel opening 360° video is mandatory from the moment you open the package.

• Without the opening video, no exchange request will be accepted.

• Exchange request must be raised within 3–4 days of delivery.

• Customer must ship back the exchange parcel; we will send replacement after receiving it.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

• If payment is not made on time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

8. Website Usage

• Users must not misuse the website or attempt to copy website content, images, or product data.

• Any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity will result in access restriction.
