Returns & Refund
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No COD
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any orders.
• All orders must be prepaid through the secured payment ateway [Razorpay].
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• Wrong size sent by us
• Wrong product sent
• Damaged product received (proof required)
Note: We do not offer exchange for personal dislike, minor variations, or size issues selected incorrectly by the customer.
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
• A 360° parcel opening video is compulsory for any exchange request.
• The video must clearly show:
• Uncut parcel opening
• Shipping label
• Product condition
Without this video, no exchange request will be accepted.
4. Exchange Request Timeline
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3–4 days from the delivery date.
• Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
• The customer must ship the product back to us for verification (if required).
5. No Returns / No Refunds
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason except the eligible exchange conditions mentioned above.
• Once an order is placed and delivered, the product cannot be returned due to preference or sizing mistakes.
6. Condition for Exchange Approval
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• All tags, coverings, and accessories must be intact.
• Used or damaged items due to customer handling will not be accepted.
7. Shipping of Exchange Item
• If the exchange request is approved, we will send the replacement product after verification.
• Shipping timelines for exchanged items may vary based on stock availability.
